SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

 

Please note that all items are handcrafted upon receipt of your order and generally take between 2 to 3 weeks to create.

 

Once your order has been completed, it is shipped via UPS Ground (1-2 weeks). A tracking number is sent when your package is shipped.  At this time, we are only shipping to the U.S, no international orders.

 

If you need your items quicker, you can choose RUSH service for an additional flat fee of $40.00 (non-refundable) as well as the fee for 2nd Day Air.   This will guarantee shipment within seven (7) days of payment receipt.   Please select this option at checkout.  The RUSH fee expedites the creation and shipment of your jewelry.

 

RETURNS:

 

1) Email us at mail@bellabridalstyles.com within 2 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a UPS return shipping label via email.

 

2) Print and attach provided UPS label to original package and ship back to Bella Bridal Styles within 2 days of receipt of return label. Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under ANY circumstances.

 

3) Be sure to include the original inner packaging and pack the items safely in a sturdy box with strong tape. The cost of return shipping ($10) will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  Please note that although you are automatically taken to a Paypal payment page, you do NOT need to use Paypal – there is an option to pay with your credit card on the left of the page.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

We do not share information with other vendors or advertisers. Any chargebacks are reported to ChargeBackBureau.
